TEACHERS' CODE OF CONDUCT
How are teachers suppose to behave? Are they allowed to...
1. Kick student
2. Beat student
3. Say that they do not like you
or
4. Show favoritism
From MY point of view... i think the answer is none of the above. Unfortunately, i am a victim of all 4 options stated up there. Yes i have been kick,beaten. Etc. BUT I DON'T CARE. Because. after i step down, i am so gonna complain to HOD about her. The best part is...i think she can get fired for abusing her students. Are teacher allowed to lay their hands on students? Are teachers allowed to kick their students? Are teachers allowed to declare that they do not like a student? Are teachers allowed to even show favoritism?
I know that showing favoritism is kind of hard to control, and sometimes it just happen that you do not really like a student just like the way i
happen to not to like you. However, are teachers allowed to say out loud that "you must do this because i don't like you." FINE i did it, and i did it
BETTER and
NICER and
FASTER than you. HAHAHA However, i realised that abusing students is not one of the most worst thing that she is capable of. The worst thing she is capable of doing is showing favoritism.
Firstly, i got a blue form for not attending cca for A day. Fine, since you say that it is beacuse we have been late far too many a times, i accept that. However, what i cannot accept is that, skipping cca beacuse you are sick is a not a valid excuse, but going to queensway to have class tee done IS a valid reason. What the heck?!?!?! Sorry kelvin/friends if you are reading this, i am not angry at you but i am angry at our 2
incompetent teachers. You are not a fault because i think i can somehow understand the fact that we are sort of sick of dance now(correct me if i am wrong). Back to my point. So how is sick not a valid reason but going else where is a valid reason? Incompetent
fools. Blinded by favoritism towards the guys. So does it mean that if a undergo a sex change operation, and become a man, you will be good to me? You will not give me a blue form even if i skip cca just because i wanted to slack? Sorry but i can't change my gender but that means that you have to change your altitude.
Seriously, admit that you cannot afford to lose us because the whole dance would be ruin. Do you seriously think that the junior can hang on by themselves? Yes, i agree that they are getting better and better every dance lesson. Which is a good thing and i am also happy to know that. BUT without the senior do you think that Chinese dance can even survive. OK maybe that is a little exaggerated, and i am currently feeling that i am indispensable. But is this not the case?
Yes, we maybe a little 自以为是 but at least we think that we have to rights to do so. Think about it. The reason we are like what we are now is because of your sorry existence. NICE,CARING,UNDERSTANDING,KNOW WHEN TO GIVE BLUE FORM,WILL NOT ABUSE STUDENTS,WILL NOT SHOUT AT THE TOP OF HER VOICE THAT SHE DOES NOT LIKE ME ETC. Getting all pissed up before a performance does not help either. I can still remember very clearly the day you shouted at me
FOR NO APPARENT REASON. I was just standing her minding my own business when you shouted at me. I still remember that you shouted because we have not enter the backstage when we are apparently suppose to. But can you please cast your tiny eyes around you before you decided to activate your personal amplifier . There is NO way we can get in for goodness sake. Do you expect us to somehow "diffuse" in? Dancer as graceful as they might look but they cannot "leap" in. Look around you, do you see any opening that a human can get in? Oh i forgot. Maybe you were referring to the minute space between the dividers. Or maybe it is because that your eyes were too small to notice anything.
And apparently, you are not just bias towards the guy. You are also bias towards one of the future committee member. if you do not listen to what we or at least our current committee have to say, there is nothing we can do, hence you will have to face all the consequences yourself. If somehow Chinese dance cannot "operate" anymore, 99.999999% must be due to your insightfulness and "blindness". Which leads me to bitch about the next person.
